How do I sign up?

How many points do I earn?

As a member of Drury Rewards, you will earn 10 points per dollar spent on your room rate before taxes on qualifying stays and 5 points per dollar on room rates on qualifying group bookings.

I paid for several rooms on my last visit. Can I earn points on all of them?

Points are earned on the room occupied by you (the member), plus two additional rooms if all eligible charges for all rooms are paid for by you (the member) personally. You must stay at the hotel to earn the points.

Do I get a discount for being a member?

Yes. Our Drury Rewards Member rate is available to our Drury Rewards members when booking online at www.druryhotels.com, on the Drury Hotels app, or by calling 1-800-DRURYINN (378-7946) .

How do I book a room using my points?

You can book a room using your points by logging into your online profile at the top of this page! Or, our team at 1-800-DRURYINN (378-7946) would be happy to help assist you.

Can I use my points for someone else?

You can redeem your points for someone else by calling 1-800-DRURYINN (378-7946) and asking our team to put someone else's name on the room when making your reservation. When making the reservation online you can list someone else’s name in the “Add or Change Guest Names” section.

How do I earn points for a group booking?

Qualifying groups must have a group of 10 or more rooms on peak, and have a signed contract with the membership number included to be eligible to earn points. Points for groups will be awarded 48 to 72 hours after the last guest within a group checks out and the group departure date has passed. Groups receiving a commission and a rebate, groups receiving a commission 15% or greater, and groups receiving a rebate greater than $10 are ineligible for points.

Can multiple members earn points for the same group?

Two Drury Rewards members can share points for a qualifying group. Points will be evenly divided between the two members, and this point share must be included in the signed contract for the group.

Are there black out dates? No. You can earn Drury Rewards points 365 days a year. Can I get a replacement membership card?

Drury Rewards is a name-based system, so no membership card is required. That’s one less card in your wallet! Just remember to sign in before booking online, or let us know you’re a Drury Rewards member when booking with our National Reservation Center at 1-800-DRURYINN (378-7946).

Why is my account deactivated?

On December 31, 2022, we paused the deactivation of Drury Rewards accounts. Beginning on January 1, 2025, the expiration of points and deactivation of accounts will restart. Your points will remain on your active account for a minimum of 36 months. To retain your active status, stay, redeem rewards, or update your profile information by January 1, 2025. How far back am I able to view my account history?

Your online account statement will show a detailed account history for the prior 18 months. Anything older than this is reflected in the starting balance. If you would like to check on a specific date, please contact our Membership Helpdesk at 1-800-325-0581.

Are there times I will not earn points on my room?

Points will not be earned for ineligible rates and/or stays, including the following: certain contracted rates, certain commissionable rates, wholesale, travel agency discount rates, complimentary rooms, travel agent rates, employee rates, and third-party website bookings (irrespective of rate paid or statements by third parties).

Is there a cap on the number of points that can be earned per group? Members can earn up to 100,000 points per group or combination of subgroups. Can members purchase points or transfer points? We do not have the ability to allow guests to purchase points or transfer points at this time. How do I report a missing stay?

If you don’t see points from any stays since you've enrolled, please submit a Missing Points Request Form.

Can I earn points for declining housekeeping services?

Yes! Drury Rewards Members can earn 250 Drury Rewards Points each day they decline housekeeping services. To enroll and reap your rewards, notify the front desk during check-in. Learn more.
